LRMC oversees the management of the association areas of the Line Runner Ridge subdivision in Transylvania County, Western North Carolina. The Line Runner Ridge Subdivision consists of 472 acres. Major responsibilities include maintenance of six roads (Line Runner Ridge Rd, Spring Rd, Creek Rd, Ridge Rd, Park Rd, and Willow Ln), the lake (including all common areas and the dock) and the dam.
Beginning with the 2026 assessment, dues are $650 per member per year. A 10% late fee is assessed on outstanding balances 45 days after the invoice due date.
