LRMC oversees the management of the association areas of the Line Runner Ridge subdivision in Transylvania County, Western North Carolina. The Line Runner Ridge Subdivision consists of 472 acres. Major responsibilities include maintenance of six roads (Line Runner Ridge Rd, Spring Rd, Creek Rd, Ridge Rd, Park Rd, and Willow Ln), the lake (including all common areas and the dock) and the dam.
Annual fees are billed on May 1 and are due by June 15th. A 10% late fee may be assessed on outstanding balances on July 1.
