The LRMC oversees the management of the association areas of the Line Runner Ridge subdivision in Transylvania County, Western North Carolina.   The Line Runner Ridge Subdivision consists of 472 acres. Major responsibilities include road and dam maintenance.

Dues are $600 per member per year. A 10% late fee is assessed on outstanding balances 45 days after the invoice due date.
